[Rosti mentai] was one of the highly recommended fish on google review. However, it wasn’t our favourite. I feel like the rosti wasn’t charred enough to have the fragrance and the mentai sauce was a bit heavy after awhile 🥲
[Gyu Ponzu] is basically a lightly seared beef with ponzu sauce, and surprisingly it actually tastes quite nice! The beef was on the tough side but, the sauce makes it really refreshing and gives the beef an interesting take!
[Hotate sashimi] here is one of my favourite hotate sashimi! It was really fresh and sweet, and I made Kayden take a bite even though he doesn’t like raw food, and he thinks it’s pretty good too! Highly recommended if you take sashimi!
[6 pc Oden] is slightly disappointing. The soup wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. The oden tasted just ok-ish too~ I think there’s nicer oden with delicious soup out there.
[Bacon scallop] is another highly recommended dish! The scallop is wrapped in the bacon and grilled. Thus, the fragrance and umami from the bacon oil is being infused into the super fresh scallop with its own sweetness. The best dish we tried tbh. Highly recommended!
[Buta minced pork cutlet] is basically their homemade minced pork cutlet which I find it quite… normal? The seasoning of the meat is on the salty side, and the minced meat was not put together to form a patty that has a very good texture and bite, unfortunately.
