Hey guys! Kayden here back with another review! Today, I’ll be reviewing Hana Restaurant, a Japanese restaurant most famously known for its flying soba!

We thought the hyped flying soba here was really dope and wanted to give it a try even though I kinda dislike cold food><
So apparently, Hana restaurant is really quite popular as there was a long queue forming during dinner time. Luckily, we went early at 6 pm and got a seat real quick :3
After a quick look at the menu, we decided to order the flying soba with salted egg yolk sauce as well as this cool dessert named matchamisu!

A variety of food on the menu enticed us but our wallets said NO>< In general, the food has a very nice presentation but they don’t come cheap. For instance, the ciders looked really good and the presentation of their sushi looked promising as well but the prices turned us away.
Anyway, Ice said that the noodles were very normal and the salted egg yolk sauce not up to expectations as well ): Unless you are doing it for the gram, I will not recommend this dish at all.
The matchamisu was decent but nothing mind-blowing as well. I felt that the matcha taste could be slightly stronger as it lacks the oomph we were looking for.
In conclusion, the famous flying soba disappointed us and the dessert tasted average as well. It seems that more effort was put into how to present the food than preparing the dishes themselves.
