Hi! Kayden’s back with another review! Today’s review will be on Bai Nian Niang Dou Fu, the BEST YONG TAU FOO in Singapore!
Actually, I have never been a fan of Yong Tau Foo (YTF) until I tried this. This literally blew me away and changed my perception of YTF forever! If you want to know why this review is for you!

Firstly, let me begin with the only thing I dislike about this stall… They actually have a standard assortment of ingredients chosen for you and that includes 五香, meat, tofu, prawn ball *the star of the show* and bitter gourd etc. I didn’t want the bitter gourd so I excluded it from my order as seen above >.<
Despite the gripe I have, why do I say that this is the best bowl of YTF? That is because the soup is so so good! It’s not like the typical clear soup with some beans inside. This soup is smooth, sweet and bursting with flavours! The sauce they made is another huge plus! It’s so good that they only give one sauce plate per bowl ordered! If you need more, you have to bring ur sauce plate over to add a little. But, that just shows how good it is.
One last point! The noodle choice can only be mi fen ( vermicelli ) and the portion can be really small so pls request to add more mi fen if you’re hungry!
